My name is Diana Rusen, and I am the owner of Snug Bug Limited. Moving to Cromwell in 2022 from Auckland was the best decision we made. Shortly after the move we decided it was time to start a family of our own. Harrison born in June 2023 and second baby due in July 2024.

The idea of Snug Bug sparked following becoming parents and wanting to shop for colourful, comfy and stylish baby clothing. In Cromwell this proved to be a gap in the market and were faced with a bit of travelling to be able to shop for what we wanted. This is because although we could buy the clothing online, we still wanted to see and feel the clothing we were buying. Because of this, Snug Bug was born.

By opening the shop we wanted to be able to fulfil three things:
1. Fill the gap in the market for the community by having a dedicated baby clothing shop
2. Add something unique to the shop by adding pre-loved items to our business by allowing you to trade-in your branded clothing in great to excellent or brand-new condition for store credit that can be used store wide and
3. Contribute to the sustainability of the planet by reducing the amount of clothing that ends up in landfill.

We are an online based store; however, we do allow booked weekend and some week days 30 minute visits so you can see and feel the clothing before buying, but also for pre-loved clothing to be assessed for trade-in store credit.
