Returns And Refunds

We hope that no faulty or damaged Snug Bug branded clothing is received by you, however we know that sometimes this can happen.
All refunds are provided in the form of store credit, unless otherwise we are obligated to provide the refund back to your original payment method under the Consumer Guarantees Act to comply with our duties.
Refunds and returns will only be provided on Snug Bug branded clothing. If the Snug Bug branded item is received damaged or faulty, proof of the damage or fault must be provided within 5 days of receiving your order. We will endeavor to fix or replace your item in the first instance. If we are unable to fix or replace your item, store credit will be provided for the original amount paid for the item only. The item being fixed, replaced, or refunded for store credit must be returned to us via a request through e-mail.
Please note that refunds or replacements do not apply to the pre-loved clothing or free bulk loads.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind store wide.
